Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Welcome to Divine Grace & Lace Bridal Boutique. By purchasing from our boutique — in-store or online — you agree to the following terms and policies.

We are honored to dress you for your special moment and appreciate your understanding of our policies, which protect both our customers and our designers.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders require full payment at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

We accept secure online payments via Stripe. Once an order is submitted, it immediately begins processing and cannot be canceled.

2. Final Sale Policy

All gowns are Final Sale.

Due to the formal nature of our merchandise — including bridal, prom, evening, and mothers gowns — we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be requested within 5 days of delivery or in-store pickup under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn
  • No alterations performed
  • Tags must remain attached
  • No signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, or damage
  • Original receipt required

Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable 

4. Sizing & Fit

Formalwear sizing differs from everyday retail sizing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts and confirming measurements before purchase.

Divine Grace & Lace is not responsible for fit issues once a size has been selected and ordered.

Alterations are not included unless otherwise stated.

5. Special Orders & Designer Drop Shipments

Some gowns may ship directly from our designers.

Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed and may vary due to production schedules, shipping carriers, or supply chain delays.

Divine Grace & Lace is not responsible for delays once the gown has left our possession or the designer’s facility.

6. Shipping Policy

We proudly ship nationwide.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Customers will receive tracking information once the order ships.
  • Divine Grace & Lace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.

We strongly recommend selecting signature-required shipping for high-value gowns.

7. In-Store Pickup

Customers selecting in-store pickup will be notified when their gown is ready.

Items must be picked up within 14 days of notification unless other arrangements are made.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Divine Grace & Lace actively monitors and disputes fraudulent chargebacks.

By completing your purchase, you agree that you are the authorized cardholder and approve the transaction.

Fraudulent disputes will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
